Our Purpose
Extruders are judged by the quality and consistency of their quality. That mainly depends on the quality of extrusion dies that can withstand repeated extrusion cycles over a longer period of time and meet the geometry, dimensions, and tolerances demands consistently.
Aludeq Precision Dies and Tooling was founded in 2024 to remove the uncertainty that extruders face during production, leading to them not being able to take risks.
We engineer dies with discipline and a practical understanding of extrusion environments. We approach business as a manufacturing partner, not a supplier.
October 2024
Aludeq P.D.T. was founded to help our Indian extruders find a reliable and efficient source for extrusion dies.
July 2025
Aludeq P.D.T. installed a complete in-house manufacturing setup featuring an Automatic Bandsaw, CNC Lathe, Horizontal Machining Centres, CNC EDM, CNC Wirecut, Automatic Surface Grinding, and DRO Milling machines, enabling structured CNC Cutting Services.
August 2025
Aludeq P.D.T. manufactured the first extrusion die for a hollow profile and was successfully extruded in the first trial

Our Capabilities
Design and Simulation Tools
Where Technology meets Craftsmanship
We validate every die design for flow balance, bearing variation, extrusion pressure, and potential failure points before machining begins.
This design intelligence helps prevent extrusion issues at the production stage, ensuring higher first-trial success and consistent die performance.
Ongoing improvement is supported through structured Die Correction Support and knowledge-driven Die Maintenance Training.
QFORM
This software enables us to simulate our designs in the real-world extrusion environment so that die design changes can be made beforehand, so that extrusion trial failures can be prevented to a great extent.
Our 2D AND 3D Design software is completely automated and programmed to design dies based on past extrusion performance (if backup die) and our pre-existing die design library, which has been practically proven.Â
Automatic Bandsaw
Manufacturing Infrastructure
CNC Lathe
Our CNC Lathe machine is designed to turn blank diameters of up to 350 mm with a precision of 0.05 mm.
This is the next step in die manufacturing process after bandsaw cutting and is programmed to turn raw blanks into precisely machined die parts.
It enables shorter setup times, faster throughput, and high repeatability across batches.
Horizontal Machining Centre (HMC)
Our state-of-the-art double-pallet HMC machines complex geometries into the turned blank with a precision of up to 0.002 mm, ensuring accuracy with extremely short lead times. A custom-designed fixture allows both faces of the turned part to be machined in a single setup, significantly reducing setup time. The double-pallet system allows the next part to be queued for machining without interrupting the current operation, further improving cycle efficiency. Equipped with 40 tool stations, the HMC automatically changes tools and proceeds with the next operation without operator supervision.
A touch probe system inspects incoming turned parts for dimensional conformity, while a tool offset probe automatically checks tool length, diameter, and breakage conditions.
CNC Sinker EDM
Our CNC Sinker EDM enables us to spark complex profiles, die reliefs, and bearings in both soft and hardened die conditions with close accuracy and mirror surface finish.
We can program and spark multi-cavity dies in a single setup without operator supervision, achieving reduced manufacturing time and greater precision.
CNC Wirecut EDM
Our Wirecut EDM allows bearing cutting in hardened dies with surface finishes as fine as 0.1 Ra.
This ensures extrusions produced from our dies exhibit minimal die lines and an exceptionally smooth finish.
Automatic Surface Grinding
Our Automatic Surface Grinding system delivers tight tolerances and superior surface finishes on die stacks. The result is tooling that is both aesthetically refined and functionally precise, ensuring reliable performance on the extrusion floor.
Heat Treatment
Finishing
Every die is hand-finished with abrasive polishing stones to ensure a straight and clean aluminium flow through the die bearing.
The finishing section focuses on maintaining smooth, defect-free pockets across the die, mandrel, feeder, and backer assemblies.
Dimensional Inspection and Quality Control
Critical dimensions and tolerances are verified against approved die designs to reduce on-site corrections.
We focus on parameters that directly impact extrusion flow, consistency, and surface quality.
